We want to do the best to satisfy our customers. Frankly, I never trust an online store that doesn't provide a phone number. However, we are a very small operation and do not have the personnel to answer a phone. But we will respond as promptly as possible to email inquiries. Or text us on Instagram . A few things to be aware of:
1. This is a print on demand service. That means no wasteful production of product that will never be purchased or worn. A small step into a more sustainable product industry.
2. While we consider #1 a huge deal, it creates a major dilemma. For anything you order that is not physically defective, we have no recourse with our manufacturers for accepting returns. This is not the place to order everything in 3 different sizes and return what doesn't fit.
3. Because of #2, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. We can offer partial credit toward a new item(s) based on circumstances. Exchanges and returns are granted for any printing mistakes or wrong orders, some manufacturers may require returning of the product.
4. Everything here is custom made on demand, so there is no inventory. It's not like buying a shirt from Target. Please be patient as we do our best to produce and fulfill your order.
